Chef School Complete!

Chef Judy recently spent two weeks at the Ashburton Chefs Academy (Ashburton, England) studying alongside 13 other Yacht Chefs from around the globe, and from instructors who have worked at Michelin-starred restaurants. The time was filled with numerous lunch, appetizer, dinner and dessert creations, and Chef Judy returned full of new ideas for the upcoming season.

The Ashburton Chefs Academy has trained hundreds of Yacht Chefs over the years from those working on small 2-crew sailing charters through to those cooking on MegaYachts and has an excellent reputation in the industry for the quality of its chef training.

Yacht Chefs need to be skilled, creative and possess a vast array of recipe ideas to successfully meet the expectations and dietary requirements of guests whilst working with limited space, resources and fresh ingredients.
